BY COMMISSIONING ME YOU ARE AGREEING TO ALL THE TERMS BELLOW :1/Payment :-Payment only in € (EUR) via Paypal.
-All payment will be made via the Paypal Invoice method.
-Do not send money if the commission hasn't been approved.
-Customer will have to fully pay upfront for the process to start.
-This purchase is a digital good and will not be shipped to an address.1.2/ Partial Payment :-Partial payment can be granted for big commissions that are above 30€ with a minimum due set to half of the final price.
-Only half of the drawing process will be made during a partial payment (up to the linework and flat-coloring). The customer must pay the minimum due for the process to start and pay the rest for the drawing to be finished.
-If the customer refuses to pay the rest of the invoice they shall not recieve the finished product with no refunds granted.2/General Terms :-Commission will be granted after further discussion with the customer.
-Please provide as much info on the commission as you can (references and description) if not I will do my own interpretation or refuse the commission entirely for the worst cases.
-I have the right to refuse to draw something that I am not comfortable in doing (feel free to ask if you have any questions.).
-Prices are subject to changes.3/Process :-Drawing process will only start after receiving the payment.
-I will provide frequent update on the commission (majorly during the sketching phase or flat coloring phase) and wait for confirmation from the customer to go on with the commission.
-Only minor changes can be granted (small details, colors, etc...), major changes (Example : pose change, character change etc...) won't be granted (Note : English is not my first language so misunderstanding may happen.).
-Commission may take up to 1 day - 2 months to complete depending on real life factors, complexity of the commission or other work being produced.
-Once the work is finished a full size PNG will be provided to the customer (other type of file can be sent if asked, except the .clip file.).4/Uses and Ownership :-I retain full rights to use the commission how I want.
-The commission is for personal use only, do not sell prints, products etc... using my artwork.
-Do not claim the artwork as your own.
-Do not post a modified version of the artwork.
-Please try to post the signed version of the artwork with full credits whenever sharing (Example : Twitter/NG link to the art.).5/Refunds and cancelling :-Full refund will be granted if no work has been put into the commission.
-If you wish to cancel your commission during the sketching phase you will be granted 50% of what you paid.
-You cannot cancel your commission after the sketching phase.
-Full refund will be granted only if I am unable to complete the commission or other
-(All of the above won't be adjusted to paypal's fees.).(This TOS is subject to modifications without notice at any time, if you have any other questions feel free to ask.).
